No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our artworks, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Damaged Items
In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged, we are here to help.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or fix for the artwork at no additional cost
Important Notes
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Minor variations in color or texture due to screen differences or printing are not considered defects
- Customized or approved artworks cannot be canceled or refunded
